    So the knot will go away? It has been two days and it doesn't really hurt iit is just bigger. THanks for the input.

    thats a pretty bleak question.. if you mean local like it will increase the injected area more, then no. but if you mean it will hurt the injected area more, then yes. once you get used to it it should go a lot more smoothly
