I need dental work asap! Should i tell the dentist about my cycle?

I need to get a tooth removed asap! I'm running dbol/test cyp and nolva with clomid. I'm gonna have to go under to have the tooth removed should i let my dentist know and will this effect the drugs he will be giving me. I don't want the numing agent not to work or to wake up in surgery! Might be a stupid question but I would like any advice i'm on the start of week 3 in my cycle if that makes any difference.

just let him know. not a big deal but he may need to adjust the anesthesia accordingly.
