Injection Pain

Hey guys,

Ive hit my first injection into my rear delt, 1ml of sus250 on the 10-9-08, its now the 10-13-08 its still aching like a b****, i think i might have stuck the needle 23 gauge in too quick or hit a nerve how long does it take to repair? ... i should also add it seems a little swollen

is it virgin muscle?if so its normal bro,you'll get used to it.

also for my delts i use 25gauge 1inch pins

yeah it is a virgin.. stuffed up thing is that its going to affect my workout for the week... how long does it take to heal?

Everyone is different but i remember it takin about a week when i first started.sucks that it'l affect your workout but try massaging it,and gettin your muscles warmed up try pump out 50/100 push ups before a workout,it worked for me.

How did you hit your rear delt in the first place?

thanks freakish ill try that see how i go... um reached over with my right hand to my left shoulder towards the delt not exactly the delt... had a deca shot on my ass couple of days ago that went awesome no pain... i think ill stick to ass shots

I like to use 5/8" for delts. I used Sust 300 and didnt have any pain or swelling. I was suprised as it was the first time in that area.

No problem bro,yeah deca is painless,sust you'll need to get used to as it has test prop in it-prop is pretty painfull

Dunno, Could have something to do with the fact that you stuck yourself with a pin and inj. some hormones into it.
