hey guys im 19 and i bounce at clubs friday and sat night for about 2 months.. from about 10pm til 5am.. i usualy bring a protien shake and drink it half way through the night but the problem im having is falling asleep late during the week.. around 2am due to my sleeping pattern from the weekend. I stil eat my good 5 - 6 meals but my last meals is usualy late coz i sleep in and still get my 8 hours sleep. Just wondering if this is a bad habbit for building muscle?
