I circuit train every other day and have been eating this way:
morning - packet of oatmeal/1 tsp peanut butter
mid morning - 2 egg whites
lunch - boca burger/green apple
mid afternoon - 2 egg whites
dinner - 2 boca burgers
Supplements - Flax seed oil pills (says to take 3 a day but I have only been taking one), Glutamine, Potassium pills, One a day daily vitamin & creatine. I also use No Explode once daily.
I want to add a protein shake & bar in there somewhere to get more protein but I want one with good carbs & a shake (powder or pre made) that will go with cutting up as well. I am 5'6" 220 around 27% bf and I need to lose about 50 more pounds. Cardio I do MMA/Boxing 1-2 times a week and run/stairs on the days I do not workout but will occasionally run on the days I workout as well. Is there a good appetite suppressant out there?
