    Inject-a-phob : Oral cycle help needed

    Hi all,

    First time on this, ive been lifting for four years, im 22, 150lbs (started out at 120lbs aged 18), 5 11, benching and squating 180lbs...

    All my life, even as a kid, ive been terrified of injections, cant get them at all, so unfortunatly i cant suddenly change...

    So i need expert help and advice on a good Oral Cycle, including good PCT advice too...

    5'11 150lbs you are too small to cycle. I was benching and squating more than that when I was 14. Your diet needs work and oral only ccyles are no good. Once your diet is in check and you feel you have hit your genetic max then you can look at steroids but if you cant man up and inject then forget about it.

    so theres no hope at all for me if i dont inject, is there no benefits from oral cycles at all then?

    Oral only cycles for example dbol give temporary weight and strength gains and alot of it dissapears when you cease to use them. Also orals are much more liver toxic and can only be run 4-6 weeks maximum. There are very small needles now that you barely even feel.

    Your diet is the problem right now forget the anabolics for a while. Lay out your diet and calorie totals (carbs/fat/protein)

    My diet currently is like this:

    0900 : BSN Cellmass(16g), EST Propadrol (30mg)
    0930 : BSN Nitrix (3 Tabs)
    1030 : ONs Whey (32g), Lunch (Chicken and Brown Rice, 700cals)
    1230 : BSN True Mass (145g, 630cals)
    1500 : EST Hemadrol (50mg, Taken with Orange Juice)
    1530 : Snack (anything 300cals)
    1700 : BSN Nitrix (3 Tabs)
    1800 : VPX NO Shotgun (23g)
    1830 : Work Out, SciVation Xtend (13g, Taken while working out)
    2000 : BSN Cellmass (16g)
    2020 : Cytosport Muscle Milk (70g)
    2100 : EST Propadrol (30mg)
    2200 : Dinner (+500cals)
    2300 : BSN Nitrix
    2330 : BSN True Mass (145g, 630g)
    0000 : Bed

    Easy.......


    You need to eat more real food those supplements are not working for you. Also up your total colories and get a source of caein protein before bed (cottage cheese for example)

    Good Lord man, I dont see ANY food in there. Throw those supplements away and get some damn groceries in ya bro.

    Your breakfast should be something like this:
    5 egg whites
    2 eggs
    bowl of oats

    In short your entire diet is no good. Too many supps and shakes without and real food. You say you are very lean so start eating some red meat and lots of it.

    Yea true, I only am eating 3 meals of food aday, but its hard with work and home with the baby and all...

    It may be hard but try and cook 3-4 chicken breasts at night and take 2-3 of them with you to work the next day with some brown rice or sweet potatos.

    I agree its not always easy, but this is not an easy sport/ hobby.

    You start eating good, and you will grow and feel better and it will get easier.

    When you hit 180lbs you can start to think about AAS IMO.

    And again, oral cycles SUCK.

    Man up and get over your fear of needles, or dont bother. For real bro.

    When i eventuly get to 180, is there any way of keeping gains that i would have made on an oral cycle without the use of any injectables...

    yep, real food equals real weight. by the way, the oral worth taking is called tbol, but its hard to find and u aint ready for it, litterally. your joints and ligaments arent strong enough yet to handle the type of strength gain u will get and would seriously hurt yourself. stay on the forums and hang out in the diet and workout sections, lots of great advice from very experienced lifters.

    I am by no means suggesting you to do a cycle.......But i do recomend you stick around here for a while....check out the diet forum and the training forum.....You can find a ton of valuable resources......

    I only cook twice a week, but i make enough to last until my next cooking session....I cook 5lbs of chicken, and keep a serving or two in the fridge ready to go...and the other i freeze.....This saves a ton of tme, even though i would rather have it fresh....You have to make some small sacrifices to acheive the greater goal....

    Why even recommend him an oral, if he is not ready to cycle......just putting bad ideas in his head...

    and TBol is not hard to find......

    Well due to the fear of hurting myself because of my weight i wont be taking anything untill i am up to a suitable weight...

    There is great advice on this forum and i appreciate all the feed back ive got so far...

    The point basically I think is to at least get close to your genetic potential before you start expanding on it by using aas. At 5'11, 180-200lbs at least of natural weight is a good place to start. I even think 180lbs might be a little early. The main thing is that if you started at 150lbs, and then used DBol, you might make it to 180, but this may not be permanent. Natural weight is much harder to lose due to the fact that staying natural will mean less water retention.
