Hey everyone,

I was just curious on your thoughts of drinking sugar free red bull/any energy drink while doing a cycle. I know these types of drinks raise your heart rate and blood pressure and I was curious if they actually make you retain water, gain fat and etc. Has anyone experienced this? I have a bad habit of drinking 2 or 3 sugar free red bulls a day. I have tried researching and looking around on here but couldn’t find much info so I’m just looking for some thoughts or experiences.
