second cycle with sustanon 250

i just finished my first cycle with sustanon 250. i m planing to go for another cycle soon when do you think is the best time to do 16 amps of sustanon 250 (twice pers week). also i wanted to stack it with some oral steroid for ultra mass gain. which oral is the best to stack with susy
