Another New Guy! Full Throttle in January!

    Hello Gentlemen!

Thank you all for this awesome site and I hope to get my education here with help from some of my buddies as well. I'm really excited about being a part.

I guess I'll start with my background, my current state, and my goals/focus. This may be lengthy, but I would truly appreciate any and all help.

Here is my profile to start:

    Age: 27
    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 192
    Bf: ???

    A Few Max Lifts:

    Bench: 330
Leg Press: 540 ( I won't do squats since I had ACL surgery 4 years ago)
    Curls: 145
I can also do about 25-30 military pull ups at once. I usually rep out sets of 9-12.

    Background:

I have always been an athlete and have the muscular build to go with it. I began lifting heavily in high school for sports of course, but was off and on throughout my college days. I've been out of school for 2 years now and have been hitting the weights hard for about a year now. I'm no newbie when it comes to weight training and really being in tune with my body. My dieting has always been the worst and it does show. Although I have a pretty good build right now, I need to shed some fat. I am dieting now as of Monday, and this is what I do daily:

    Breakfast:

    1 cup of oatmeal
1 piece of fruit (banana, pear or apple)
    ON protein shake (50g)
1-2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 TBSP of Flax seed oil

    MEAL 2

    Turkey sandwich on whole wheat
    1 cup broccoli, one carrot
    1 cup fruit

    MEAL 3

    8oz chicken breast
1 cup wheat pasta or brown rice
1 small plain salad (mixed veggies)

    MEAL 4 (preworkout)

    8oz chicken breast
    1 cup broc.
    1 piece fruit
1 cup wheat pasta or brown rice
1 TBSP of Flax seed oil
    1 small salad, mixed veggies

I also hit 1.5 scoops of NO EXPLODE before I hit the gym.

    MEAL 5

    8oz chicken breast
    1 cup broc.
1 cup wheat pasta or brown rice
    1/2 cup of apple sauce

    MEAL 6

    ON protein shake

Current State: (I'll post pics tomorrow for evaluation)

Right now I think that if my body fat was down a lot I would really be nice and ripped...maybe even happy with everything. The only thing I really have MAJOR PROBLEMS is: love handles, minor gyno, and need to burn the abs too. My whole life I have been plagued with MOOBS and if any of you have ever had the problem you know what I mean. If not, it's the most destructing thing I think I have experienced in my entire life. I have actually set a date and paid for surgery with a surgeon already, but after coming here, I may be able to get rid of it without going under the knife (with help from you pros). Once again, I'll post some pics tomorrow for evaluation.

I tend to retain water like a motherfvcker and my sodium intake isn't really bad (as of now that is). This is the main factor with all of my fat problems. Now, I smoke cigarettes, and I REALLY think this is what is causing my problems. I smoke about a half a pack a day (doesn't affect my cardio) but I am quitting soon. Anyway back to the retention....I seem to really get watery after working out! I don't get it? I wear a waste wrap and sweat like crazy during my workout but it still comes back

    Goals:

I now want to put on a little more size and get cut like a razor. I know I can do it. In fact, when I really got serious into working back out my last semester of school, all I did was eat chicken swim and mountain bike. I was about 12% BF and weighed 175. I felt great and looked it too (my gyno was still slight though, but not as bad). Anyhow...

I was thinking about doing for my first cycle T2 and Tren. I am somewhat familiar with them, but I still need to get more in depth which is why I joined. I'm a pretty healthy guy and have been taking a ton of different vitamin supplements for about 4 years now. I haven't been sick in over 5 years so I'm doing something right; not even a cold.

I was also researching Letro, Nolva, and Clomid and was curious as to if I could hit one of those now in order to maybe relieve my gyno problems??? I'm also about to try yohimburn for the water retention to see if it helps too.

I plan on hitting the cycle in January so I've got time

Sorry for the length and I've got more info. to share but this is a start.

Wow! I'm the only one with no replies? Did I say something wrong or what?

I'll post my pics tonight so that I can show what my status is.

Only looking for guidance, if not, I guess I came to the wrong place...

No you didnt do anything wrong, its just a long post and takes time to read and digest.

First thing is you need to quit smoking, that is holding you back more than you know.

I would suggest that you wait to start your cycle until you get a handle on the smoking.

good luck, I am sure others will chime in soon.....lol

I definitley understand. I do know it is impacting me greatly and to be honest, this is day one of quiting. Not one today and I'm doing alright. I know I can do it, it's all about WILL! I've just enjoyed it for so long that I didn't care enough to really get down to brass tax.

    Thanks for the acknowledgment MS.

yeah it will hinder your gains, you may experience some weight gain while quiting so make sure your diet is spot on and you keep up with your cardio.

What do you think about my present diet? This is what I do for cardio:

    First 5 min I walk at 3.5.
    Next 5 min I run at 6.5.

Then I go full incline and usually stay around 2.5-2.7 for the next 30 min.

The next 5 min. I go back to level and run for another 5 min. at 6.5; last 5 min. I go back to full incline at 2.5-2.7.

    ???

Diet looks ok, I am not a diet guru though.

Cardio seems reasonable as well. Depending on your goals though you may need to bump of the time to lose more fat. I would nt go much over an hour though.

Well...here's what I got. I'm not like a lot of these guys around here, but this is the result from a year of working and really the last 7 months working correctly ( I used to run too much) and hard.

My chest is very asymetrical and you can see my problems I have mentioned. My gyno issue is my most concern. Can I do anything chemically about it? My right side clavicle is no longer connected to my shoulder blade so you can see the difference in my traps. Doesn't hurt though. My chest, sides and stomach I understand need a lot of work, but I've got a good base and just need to continue to diet. I've officially quit smoking as well.

My diet has been horrible the last year until seriously...just Monday.

I'm not tying to compete or anything, just want to shed the errors and get a little bigger.

i think the diet looks pretty good, just keep that protein high and lower your carbs. I think you need to bump up your cardio from what you listed. you have a good base, keep your diet in check and work hard and you will see great results.
