What is it?
Salt = NaCl
What kind of artificial chemical is in there?
Never heard of sodium free salt.
oxymoron
anywho, gotta link to the brand name? Something? I'll check my store next time I go.
Look up "No Salt salt substitute". I think they use potassium in place of NaCl.

Someone at work had some artificial salt and I put some on my food and it tasted like shit! I had to throw my food out it was so bad. It tasted like sulphar or something, not sure how many different ones are out there but I hope you dont get the one I had. It just said salt substitute on it. Ill just go without before I use that again. Try it and see what you think, maybe I just have a sensitive pallet.

If she was watching Tom and Jerry 3 times a day I guess they would of blamed cartoons.A 75-year-old woman with a bad heart began using Morton Lite Salt, a mixture of potassium chloride and ordinary salt (sodium chloride), on the advice of her daughter. Within a few weeks she experienced shortness of breath and swollen ankles. Eventually she was taken to the emergency room and treated for congestive heart failure.

...and before anyone freaks out, I'm not making fun of a very serious disease. I'm just amazed at a very poor attempt to form a causal relationship.

I think one would be fine when used in moderation.
My mother's father used it, and he had high blood pressure.
He used it all the time
