I've been exercising religiously for nearly 5 years of my life now. What have I got out of it? The results most people do in a year. Not sure why, just haven't. I've always followed a proper diet, and am now on a very strict ketogenic diet(working pretty well), and still haven't seen the results I want. I change my routine every few months, so that's not it, so I'm running out of ideas on how to better myself.
I just got out of the Army about half a year ago, and let me tell you. The army sucks for a body builder. I lost so much strength/size it's ungodly and I felt like I was back where I started the day I left, thankfully I've been able to recover pretty well.
I've read so much about AAS that it's practically oozing out of my ear. It seems like I could teach a class on so much I've read, but I'm sure there is still much to learn. For my first cycle I'm going to try(If everyone feels like this would be a good first cycle matching my current diet):
Week 1-12 Test. Cypionate
Week 1-4 Dianabol 20/mgs every day
Week 1-12 20mg/Day Nolvadex
Week 13 Clomid 200mg/Day
Week 14 Clomid 100mg/Day
Week 15 Clomid 50/mg Day
I've seen everyone ask for it, so here is my current diet, and I follow it to the very tee.(I made this spreadsheet & wouldn't mind sharing it) The diet is definently open to discussion.
