diet typical day:
8:30 protein shake with oats
11:00 scambled egg with 2 toasts
13:00 lunch normally 4 sandwiches either cheese or tuna and packet of crisps
16:00 fruit grapes/water melon
18:00 gym
19:00 protein shake straight after gym
19:30 evening meal, chicken salad, rice or lamb with pitta bread
im trying to eat high protein with little carbs as i want to drop my bf%
im looking to do my course end of dec so should have dropped sum more bf by then.
this will be my 1st proper cycle (made a mess of the last cycle lol)
been training for 4/5yrs good training regime atleast 3days a week lifting heavy with plenty of cardio.
my goal with this cycle is to bulk up with musle and drop sum bf aswel hence the winstrol.
also im considering running armidex throughout the cycle to prevent any gyno.
let me no wot u think of my cycle/pct/diet etc.
