Test 1 CC or .5ml? Im confused

Can anyone here help me determine how to handle a test E cycle. I have the product from my cousin who sold them wanted to get a hold of it before he ran out. Currently I have in my hand from him TESTOSTERON-E RETARD by Edited, please read the rules
I am a first time user age 21 I've been hitting hard the iron for just over a year. I have my diet planned out perfectly and my 5 day a week routine and my pct. I just need help finalizing my cycle shots. I plan on maybe anywhere from 10week to 14 week cycle. I weight 200 measure 6-0 and at about 13% BF.

Would appreciate if anyone from the community could help me get started on my first cycle dosage.

out of curiosity, what is your pct and who planned it? planning the cycle is usually much simpler than planning the pct.

My cousin planned out my pct, my problem with the cycle is the measurements I understand the conversions but doubt arose when he told me i had to do 1 cc Monday, weds, and friday in weeks 3-10. Isnt that a little too much?

considering my substance is 250ml concentration wouldnt that mean 1ml = 500mg of my product?

ah ok so, I would just like to hear if the following is ok as a cycle
Considering the concentration in my substance is 250mg/ml

week 1 Mon, thursday - half a cc each of those days
week 2 Mon,Weds, Fri - Half a CC each day
Week 3 - 10 (or 14 give me advice) Mon, Weds, Fri - 1cc each of those days day
1cc = 1ml

What do you guys think

Not a good way to do it.

Do 250mg every 3.5 days(monday morn and thurs night) for 12 weeks since its test e it will take 4-5 weeks to kick in
