    First time user

    I'm wanting to start my first cycle but not sure what suits me best.
    Wanting to get cut (the beach bod)
    I'm 20
    5'10 195lbs
    11.5% BF
    work out 4-5 times per week for about 5 years now

    If anybody could help me out with a little info that would be great. Thanks

    steroids are for life. To gain more and stay over your natural levels. You don't cycle on and off and become mr. O,,,,,,,,,,,,,,sorry but this is your info. Getting cutt is 100% diet and exercise, not steroids

    Im wanting to start them and I have no intentions of cycling on and off. Just need a starting point and a few guide lines

    at 20y.o. you don't know what you want. Please believe me on this, I'm older 30ish, 5-9 and have about 70lbs. on you. 500mgs./week of any test is a good starting point. But research your hormones first bro.

    Finaplix?

    Whats the deal with finaplix? I hear its been discontinued but can still make it? Anybody know anything about this?

    Also, what about a cycle of deca, test 200 followed by clomid?

    Looking to build muscle mass.

    Im 20 5'9'' 195lbs 11.5% BF

    Work out 4-5 times per week 5 years going

    @ 20 yrs old bro you should easily be able to get your weight up to 210-215 WITHOUT using AS and just by increasing your calories.

    I have been at 195 for about 2 years now. I have tried increasing my calorie intake, hitting the weight room, just about everything else.

    Breakfast: 2 whole eggs - 1 cup cooked oatmeal - banana

    Morning snack: 1/2 can light tuna in water - 2 slices whole wheat bread

    Lunch: 8 oz chicken breast/flounder/salman - fresh fruit

    Mid snack: fat free yogurt

    Pre workout: scoop of 100% whey protein

    Post: 2 scoops whey protein - bagel

    Dinner: Pasta/fish - brown rice

    bro, you have a great diet - if you want to lose weight; if you want to gain you need to be eating double what you have posted

    This diet has kept me at this weight, when I increased it I started putting on unwanted pounds. I believe I have a solid foundation and ready, mentally and physically, to take the next step.
