    morning workout

    i was wondering if working out in the morning effects your food takein
    compared to someone who works out in the evening

    i can only work out in the morning
    so it looks kinda like this

    meal 1
    workout
    meal 2
    meal3
    meal 4
    meal 5
    meal 6

    is this still gnnna work as compared to other who can do it like this

    meal 1
    meal 2
    meal 3
    meal 4
    workout
    meal 5
    meal 6

    i was wondering bc im eating 5 meals and then sleeping then waking up and eating 1 meal then working out

    i hope you can udnerstand what im trying to ask

    I'd say don't worry about it so long as you're getting your meals in throughout the day on time.

    You can get into cortisol levels and all that. But arguments can be made for pro and con to AM workout. So it is a toss up left to you and your schedule.

    Keep it simple...workout hard, eat, and rest.

    Totally depends on goals and diet. When i go early morning it's for burning. Then i adjust my diet accordingly throughout the day. When bulking it's completely different. Night workouts and eating everything in sight. Just me though.

    your fine either way imo. id recommend drinking some freshly brewed green tea with your breakfast to get you moving. then hit the weights right after your meal. i like working out with food in my belly lol.
