Please check my new diet, and advice or changes will be much apprechiated.
My stats:
Age 22
200lbs
24% bodyfat
Working out 4 times / week
Not taking / going to take steroids untill i give this new diet a go.
Goal: Loose around 10 - 15% bodyfat / Gain more muscle
Supliments currently taking:
6 x Creatine Tablet
2 x CLA-1000
Diet PLAN
Meal 1 (6 - 7am) P CH F Kcal

Meal 2 (Work meal)

Meal 3 (Work meal)

Meal 4 (Pre-workout meal)
