    Advice on starting my first cycle

    Hi Guys,

    I am new to steroids but have been contemplating the idea for a wile.

    My stats

    Age 22
    5'11
    220lbs
    24% BF

    Gym 4 times a week for past 5 years.

    I strongly feel I am at my genetic maximum and I would benefit from a cycle.

    I eat on avarice 4 – 5 meals per day plus 4 shakes (roughly 250g protein) I also take creatine.

    I am looking for a cycle that will give me a good gain, but a am very reluctant to inject.

    I know about liver danger, but I really am against injecting.

    Please can someone advise me a good cycle that would benefit me the most... preferably something simple.

    age is questionable, bf% is way too high.

    First reason is what i highlighted in bold. What are you going to do all orals ? Thats a

    Second, 24% BF, kinda high don't you think ?

    I would like to see your diet . Just because your taking in 240g protein doesnt make it a good diet.

    start with gettin your diet in order .. a perfect diet is a lot harder than pinning ! and u will continue to see gains naturally.... main reasons you arent ready is a) diet sounds crap b) not committed enough to inject c) bf is way to high

    You need to bring down the body fat. I was afraid of using needles also, but they arent so bad.

    I used Test E 500mg on my first cycle and got good results, but PCT is extremly important as I found out, to prevent losing most of your gains,.

    Only 2 shots per week. Much easier.

    There are much more experienced people on here to ask, so just letting you know what I did.

    For the OP, youre diet obviously sucks, and i can tell because you have such a high % BF.

    Id say at maximum 15%... And thats pushing it...

    I say 12% usually...

    imo, if youre over that, you show lack of diet and drive to stay in shape.

    Crap diet off cycle = Crap diet on cycle...

    Less shakes more food, use shakes as a meal replacement when you dont feel like whole food. Make sure its a low cal/fat, this way your metabolism doent slow down, you will be hungry again in less then an hour.

    High BF means you will produce more estrogen, leading to more sides. Like War said, diet is everything.

    I have devised a new diet to help me loose BF.

    any advice or changes will be much apprechiated.

    Goal: Loose around 10 - 15% bodyfat / Gain more muscle


    Meal 1 (6 - 7am) P CH F Kcal

    • Protein Shake 30g 21g 5g 230
    • 8oz. Oatmeal 25g 155g 18g 880


    Meal 2 (Work meal)

    • Protein Shake 24g 2g 2g 120
    • 4oz. Cheese 22g 170g 10g 200


    Meal 3 (Work meal)

    • Tuna
    on Wholemeal 50g 60g 5g 476


    Meal 4 (Pre-workout meal)

    • 8oz. Brown rice 22g 170g 6g 850


    Meal 5 (Post workout meal)

    • Protein Shake 30g 21g 5g 230
    • 5 whole eggs 30g 0 30g 400
    • 8oz. Brown rice 22g 170g 6g 850


    Meal 6 (10-11pm)

    • 7oz. Cottage cheese
    on Wholemeal 37g 85g 8g 600
    • Apple 0g 14g 0g 60


    Total 292g 868g 95g 4696








    Is this diet ok guys??

    way to many carbs. cut it down to about 600 cut the fat down to 80
