nolva or arimidex why on cycle

im doin a cycle of tren a, whinny, and test prop, doin 200mg prop eod, 200mg tren eod, 75mg whinny ed, i am prone to gyno, i have sum nolva and arimidex which one would be best to take why on cycle to keep the bitches away and how long before should i start takin them before cycle to get blood levels up? thnks

Nolva with 19nors is a no,no. So take a low dose of adex.

None, adex serves no purpose in PCT IMO.

I don't agree that using adex in PCT has any benefits.
The link mulciber posted is in most respects true. But the claims that it increases testosterone serum by 50% are taken out of context.
The only clinical studies iv'e seen that endorse this claim were done on elderly males with sub baseline test levels who had more estrogen than 40+ year old women. The resultant increase in test was due to the reduction in estrogen, wouldn't it be great if we could pop 0.25mg adex ED and increase test levels by 50% that ain't gonna happen sadly.
I think it's a waste of money in PCT, it won't aid in helping the hypothalamus to start signalling the pituitary to produce LH and FSH.
Nolva and clomid can do that well enough just by blocking estrogen receptors at the hypothalamus.
So whats the point in wasting your money and taking even more cytotoxic drugs.
Aromasin on the other hand will help, that's because it's the only steroidal AI on the market, so it helps with what we most dread, libido issues.
Adex as we all know blocks the aromatization of androgens to estrogen, we shouldn't really have any exogenous test left to aromatase because we are starting PCT, and why do we wait 2-3wks to do this, yep so there's no exogenous test still floating around.

I agree kind of, but you have to remember that estrogen gives us size and strength and increase GH, those who don't want to have their gains effected that much, but do want to control gyno, then nolva is best as it works immediately and can be started as soon as symptons appear.
So it depends on the individual which one they prefer, both will prevent gyno, but if you aren't troubled by bloat that much then nolva is a much better option.
