    Here's my pics. Any advice suggestions?

    Since I can't get anyone to respond in the New Members section to my post, I guess I'll post this here to see what happens.

    Well...here's what I got. I'm not like a lot of these guys around here, but this is the result from a year of working and really the last 7 months working correctly ( I used to run too much) and hard.

    My chest is very asymetrical and you can see my problems I have mentioned (in my above post). My gyno issue is my most important concern. Can I do anything chemically about it? I already have a date set in January for gyno surgery, but if I may can avoid it I would appreciated any input from any one of you guys. My right side clavicle is no longer connected to my shoulder blade so you can see the difference in my traps. Doesn't hurt though. My chest, sides and stomach I understand need a lot of work, but I've got a good base and just need to continue to diet I think before I hit the gear. I've officially quit smoking as well.

    My diet has been horrible the last year until seriously...just Monday.

    I'm not tying to compete or anything, just want to shed the errors and get a little bigger.

    Not a bad base to begin with, I dont really see any gyno, you just need to lose some BF and you will be fine.

    Hey man - i think you look pretty good - maybe 15-17% BF nice proportion, etc. Can't tell aboutr any gyno - i'm sure a doc could evaluate that. i think you should look at your diet more closely (BTW Saw the other thread) maybe do a cut - checkout the CKD Diet. i bet if you lost 15lbs you'd be very lean, then lift like a mofo and build some new muscle. If you could get to 195-200 at10% BF - yor height you'd look like a god!

    Ovaerall - I'd say concentrate on upper chest incline BP or DBPB, lats, delts, etc.

    I'd say your'e in a good place.

    I'm with these guys, get your diet fixed! Your pics and post don't match, I expected worse when reading it. You have a lot of room to improve, but don't be so hard on yourself. It takes a lot of time to build a better body. Especially when you are so critical on yourself. I hope you have good luck with your progress.

    Thanks for posting man! I really want to see what people think and suggestions on where to go before I jump on my cycle.

    Your exactly right about the BF. Like I had mentioned in my New Members thread, when I swam, mountain biked and ate right, I was 175 and lean as hell, but I wasn't as big and strong as I am now. A few injuries set me out for a while after that (clavicle= mountain bike flip). I JUST started my diet (and I kinda cheat a little on the weekends) on Monday, so I'm going to stick with what I'm doing right now for the next 4-5 weeks to see where it takes me.

    Thanks for the diet suggestion too.

    I just want to make sure I do all my homework and get all the help I can before I hit it.

    LOL! No, it's not a doughnut fellas. It's a fibonacci spiral graph or golden phi spiral. It has many mathmatical and biological significances. For one, if you were to slice an atom like an orange, right before it turns into matter, this is what it would look like and this is what the image of the tat is:

    hmm, i dont see any gyno...

    i think it may be better if u try to shed some BF first rather than do the operation, btw solid base though, keep pump bro.

    Back to my original reason I started this thread...

    My diet has been going great and I've already gained 1.3 lbs., lost about 2.25 inches, and have been starting to look even better than the picks already and rather fast I'd say. My strenth has gone up substantually as well, given the time period.

    I'll post up more pics in about another 3-4 weeks just to show how my progress has been.

    Hell, I may postpone my initiation to the darkside for another year or so. I may not need it at this point in time.

    yeah bro looks like you can make alot more natty gains which sounds like you already are if your gaining wt and losing inches that great progress keep up the good work and diet, a year from now you'll be a bad ass.
