hey guys, im 19yrs old and weigh 107kg and 6ft 1 been lifting hard since about year 10 4x a week n im very happy with the gains ive made, but feel like iv come to a bit of a holt. iv decicd to hop on the oids coz im really passionate about goin 2 the gym ev day, and rest fri n sat. anyway guys tell me how u rekon this cycle will go as im v. strapped 4 cash n dont wna go in too heavy str8 away.

week 1 300mg deca
week 2 200mg "
week 3 200mg "
week 4 200mg "
week 5 200mg "
week 6 100mg "
week 7 50mg deca.
week 8 50mg deca.

my main question is what would u guys reccomand for a pct and how do u think this cycle will go, what should i expect. plz dnt flame me on search this n that coz im a bit computer illitarit haha, thanks tons in advance guys
