Cycle (second try after some critics in another thead)

Hi everybody,

I did some research to refresh my little knowledges. Please give me your advices, critics,... (in which domain I need to do more research).

Some remarks:
- I added Dbol to kickstart my cycle as Andopen takes some weeks to act.
- I don't take deca till the end to be able to take my winny at the same time with a testo (here andropen).
- I change Boldenone to deca due to the fact that deca is optimized for bulking while Bolde for vascularity and pump.
- HCG is added at the end of the cycle to limit the balls atrophy problem, and the HCG qty during PCT.
- I took Arimidex and Nova to have a SERM and AI.

I followed a lot of principle which I read but sometimes some people say "white" and the others "black". So, it's possible that I did some mistakes or sometimes it's incomplete. So, don't hesitate...

Cycle :
week 1-4 : ED - dbol 50mg
week 1-13 : E3D - Andropen 275mg
week 1-10 : 2/w - Deca 250mg
week 10-13 : EOD - Winny 5Omg
week 9-13 : EW - HCG 1000Ui

PCT :
week 13-16 : EOD - HCG 1000Ui
week 16-19 : 150mg/w1, 100mg/w2, 50mg/w3 - Clomid
week 13-16 : ED 20mg novaldex

Global :
Week 1-15 : ED 25mg - Aromasin or arimidex

ive taken andropen and i noticed it within a week i would shoot it ED tho

week 1-4 : ED - dbol 50mg Thats too much IMO. 30mgs is good.
week 1-13 : E3D - Andropen 275mg
week 1-10 : 2/w - Deca 250mg Thats a low dose, wont do much.
week 10-13 : EOD - Winny 5Omg Needs to be ED. Also, is this injectible or oral?
week 9-13 : EW - HCG 1000Ui How often are you injecting and how much?

PCT :
week 13-16 : EOD - HCG 1000Ui Way too much, 1000EW is good.
week 16-19 : 150mg/w1, 100mg/w2, 50mg/w3 - Clomid Start Clomid the same day as Nolva. Also, entirely too much Clomid. 50mgs MAX!
week 13-16 : ED 20mg novaldex Add another week.

Global :
Week 1-15 : ED 25mg - Aromasin or arimidex 25mgs of Adex? Are you nuts? And 25mgs of Nolva on cycle is SO dumb.

Its called researching what youre doing.

This has to be one of the worst PCT's ive ever seen put together.

That cycle is also screwed. You arent ready to cycle dude.

this doens't look like a cycle or a pct at all its horrible man.
if your trying to cycle and it looks like u don't have enough back ground of cycling from the way u discribing things stay to basics.
if u haven't got ur gear yet run the test e at 250mg\2week, 200mg deca\ 2week and frontload with d-bol.
plus u have to get ur diet together if not forget about the cycle.

Firstly thanks for you diplomacy

These are my stats :

age : 29
height : 1Mm83
weight: 181lbs
bf% +-12
diet summary/# meals per day :
5/day (from 8AM to 11PM, then sleep)
approximatively :
2.3g prot/kg
4g carb/kg
1g fat/kg
I have a xls in which I can easily compute what I eat.
years lifting / workout split : 13 years of training and 5-6 times/week
cycle experience : 2 cycles done (2 years ago)
1) Sus/deca from 250 to 750/week + winny injectable 50mg EOD, in total 10 weeks + PCT
2) Andropen 275/Boldenone 200 E3D 1/2ml of each + winny inj 50mg EOD, in total 8 weeks + PCT
(Cycle didn't made by me)
pct/estrogen control knowledge : basics (read in the education threads and other websides)
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...): gain + cut at the end (my goal isn't become a monster)

As you see I've trained for a long time and I have good knowledges in training and nutrition. I was bigger and stronger but it's life

What I have at home for the moment are winny 50mg injectable 10ml + andropen 275 10ml. So, I know that I need other things but which ones ?

Thats not enough gear for a cycle bro... Lets start there.

Also i forgot to mention that the andropen needs to be pinned EOD at minimum. ED being optimal.

Any problems with pinning ED?

I know that I need more experience in this domain... Do you have a reference to read ? But obviously let's continue this cycle

I think what he's saying is - what would you do if thats all the gear you had. DUDE: the answer is don't do the cycle until you got all your gear for a decent cycle.

besides needing more of everything, you really don't need any of anything (i'm sure that'll be good for some confusion)

i'd be interested in looking at that diet you have

if you want I can provide you my xls with some diet example. Normally in the following mounts I will try to develop a DB and A application to fill this DB with my diets ED, but it takes time and for the moment, I've too much work

My questions :
1)A lot of people said Andropen EOD but in every faqs, E3D seems to be good too. Everyone agrees that EOD is mandatory ?
2)For the Deca, War said me that it's not enough, must I increase by 250mg/w ?
3)Is it ok for the winny ? Or must I increase from 25 to 50mg ?
4)I'm a little bit confused by the clomid, hcg and nova (SERM). Normally with hcg, it's better to take nova but as War said, clomid and nova must start the same day. How can I plan the three ?
5)I have no knowledge about arimidex (AI) but a lot of people have recommended to take it along my cycle and PCT. Maybe I'm wrong but why ?

and you need to buy more product first

I never tried Dbol and by reading I don't really like the product but to kickstart it was a good one.

Indeed, the short esters could help me... So, if I do :
week 1-12 : EOD - Andropen 275mg
week 1-10 : EW - Deca 500mg (2x250mg/week)
week 10-14 : ED - Winny 25mg injectible

week 15 (just after the last shot of winny) : clomid 100mg + nova 20mg
week 16-17 : clomid 50mg + nova 20mg

2 last questions :
- with this amount of test, I risk to have nuts problem. So, maybe here the HCG could help (during the cycle or at the end).
- with this amount of test, I risk to have nipples problem,... So, maybe it could interesting to take arimidex or something like that. Before I tool nova during the cycle but it seems to decrease the effects of the cycle, so not goog; What do you think about that ?

yea man you could do HCG at end of cycle and into pct,,
as well as armidex durning cycle,,
just look them up and read a little

and i take 10mgs nolva ed on cycle but thats just me
