I have a couple of question pertaining to the IPF 3 LIFT TRAINING PROGRAM.
1ST ?- What % of weight do you use for the Manta Ray Squat or just pick a comfortable weight to get the 3x5?
2nd ?- When doing the Board Presses do you use the same weight has you used on the bench press? Also how many boards do I use for the Board Press?
3rd ?- When doing close grip bench, do I go with a weight I'm comfortable with to get 3x5?
