    Talking Thanks

thanks for watchin bro!!! if anyone wants to know the point of this it is-

    1. oppurtunity to share christ's love
    2. rediculously fun
    3. to know the limits of a glute pump (couldnt sit down for 10 minutes with out the pump killin me!)

  5. #5
    Good stuff.

405 looked very easy for you.

    Can you squat 6 plates??

  6. #6
yeah a few times, but that is with knee wraps never went that high without them. If i were to only squat i can do 5 plates for about 12-15. 6 plates for about 5... maybe sixon a good day. never used a suit. i had to obviously save energy but i can do 405 for 20 times by itself on either squat or deads but when you superset with barely any rest the pump in the glutes and back gets to you.

I really liked that video. I thought the lifts were really cool and I thought the way you shot the vid was cool too. You throw that weight around like nothin'. Didn't u say once that you don't juice? You don't have to answer that if you don't want to. Six plates for 5 damn! You've done an excellent job. Great dedication and enthusiasm. You're gonna go far. Very well done!

good job man! I think that if you work on your form a bit you could be deadlifting tons more!

  13. #13

    sldl

yeah they were a little more like straight leg deads... most likely because my quads were a bit more tired than my glutes after the squats

Wow… My lower back just felt sore watching that video… I am curious as to what your stats are too and how long have you been training? Oh and if I did not mention… Great Job!

I'm 6'2" 240Lbs, I have been lifting seriously since I was 18(when I became a christian)... but I seldomly deadlift its an every once in a while thing. I typically squat atleast once a week but its more or less just maintenance. If i just do leg extensions no squats, which is what i did over the summer and this fall, my legs chill at about 29 inchs but if i squat hardcore they usually jump up to about 31 32... it starts to get uncomfortable. so I just have to take it easy alot when it comes to legs. I once stopped squating for 5 mos when i was 19 and I when i came back I could still hit 405 for 12. Bench is my weakest lift I tore my rotator cuff in football. I havent maxed since highschool and have to keep the reps high- I'll usually do 3 sets of 20-25 with 225Lbs. thanks for the encouragement guys!

You should totally do another bro... Very impressive.

Hell 3 sets of 25 reps benching 225 is impressive IMO.

Also, a quick question about no juice?

Why are you a member here then? Not being disrespectful or anything, just curious?

Either way, glad to have you!
