So I am running Test E 500mg a week and Proviron 50mg a day. I am kind of bloated so I just took 50mg of Clomid. Will this make me more bloated or kill the bloat? Now am reading different reviews.

imo you should be using an ai, like arimidex at .25mg/eod, not clomid.

yeah I am running an AI but to get rid of my flabby ass face I took the clomid. Will this water retention go away in my face?

I would not use clomid on cycle, you should adjust the dose of adex accordingly, that should be all you need for bloat.

Okay I got that part, I will not use the clomid anymore, Ill adjust the arimidex. But my question is, Will this clomid help get rid of the bloat or will it make it worse?

im on my 8th week.I have been taking AI for about 4 to 5 weeks now. I forgot to take it two days ago, that along with the proviron. I had a big final exam. two days later, BAM my face is bloated as shit, I also drank milk, lots of it, the dayI forgot to take the AI and the Proviron. Too much to add bloat huh?

clomid,nolvadex ..which is it... nolvadex would help more than the clomid..
i personally have no issues with nolvadex at low dose on cycle but ill say an AI would be a better choice.. just to keep everyone off my back..lol

well if your face didn't bloat until you stopped taking the adex, that pretty much explains the situation.
also minimize sodium intake and drink plenty of water.

Update: After 25mgs of proviron, 25mgs of Exeplex, 50mgs of clomid, and a whoooooole lot of water. I would say a lot of the face bloat is gone. Hopefully by tomorow it will be completely gone.

wait so now instead of armidex...u r using exemastane (aromasin) plus clomid and proviron? why didnt u just jump back on armidex???? I mean im glad its working but im confused???

taking .5mg ED then missing one day shouldn't cause that. EOD should be enough anywys. with the adex right?

lol, but i'll answer anyway, missing one day shouldn't have a huge effect and how much you take and how often you take is an individual thing

My real stuff
Heres the Real Cycle.
Test 500mgs a week.
Proviron 50mgs a day. (Started week 5)
Exeplex (aromasin) 12.5mgs (Through cycle) a day.
Next week I start winny Orals (not sure at what dose, probably either 75 or 50mgs a day)
It all started when I dropped the proviron to 25mgs a day, for three days, (that time I was only taking 25mgs proviron and 12.5mgs of exeplex) then on the fourth day I forgot to take both proviron and exeplex! On top of that I drank a shitload and I mean I went off my diet and drank looots of MILK. The next day, I was so bloated I could not open my eyes.
I am also shooting the test in one shot, 2mls of 250mgs per ML.
If I breat up the injections(sat 250mgs and thurs 250mgs of test) into two will I have less bloat?
I mean I should have no bloat with the proviron and the exeplex. Its been already like 2 days and the bloat its going away slowly. But TOO slow.
