i do have a proper diet

morning 8 am-6 egg white omellets

10 am-boiled chicken with beans

1 pm-protein shake mixed with almonds and walnuts

4 pm-6 boiled eggs(egg whites)


7 pm-protein shake b4 goin to bed

for some reason i get 11 hours of sleep as soon as i get home form gym i fall asleep till 7 or 8 in the morning so,i was wondering if there is any product on this website if you'z know makes you cut let me know thanks alot
