    Bodybuilding = addictive

    Hey guys.. let me tell you i was living the best life for around 6 months.. let me tell you how my days went by..

    1pm - wake up and eat
    3pm - eat
    5pm - eat
    7pm - eat
    9pm -train
    11pm eat
    1am - eat
    2am sleep
    and i would just stay at home surf the net catch up with mates and do this everyday. I would hesitate to get a job because i would mess up my routine and i thought i wouldnt be able to eat every two hours and it would just stuff up my routine. My parents were loosing it at me telling me to get a job for 6 months.. so i did eventualy today as a membership consultant at the gym lol. Sounds stupid but the bodybuilding lifestyle is very addivtive like call me a freak but i wouldnt do certain stuff because it would waste energy for the gym haha. Anyway life is about working around things and i guess im going to have to do that now which is very possible.

    I'm assuming you're young, if not in your teens, early twenties. Make the most of the free time you have, we won't be young and care free forever

    HOLY ****ING COW that my schedule. wake up at 1 eat and workout at 10pm. And sleep at 3 lol.
    Good thing my buisness partner doesn't mind since i take over in the evenings lol ...

    Yeah I am so busy working out and going to work. If I didnt have to work I would definitely be a monster but I`m still looking pretty good these days.

    all you need to do is add in an am workout and go pro mate, then you wont have to work.
