Is this real Sustanon & winstrol

Are these real or not, they are from agro pharma.
Ive been taking sus 250 1ml once a week for 3 weeks, but i haven't felt not much strength difference. Actually Ive been feeling pain in my joints muscle. I did get the test flu.
I dont know if to continue or stop.
