Not to be a smart ass bro, but it sounds like you need to do alot more reading up on this stuff before you start juicin.

As I mentioned before in my first post my good buddy & training partner passed away three weeks ago. After I was in 90 days in the middle of my cycle.
He was my source for info. He was very knowledgable & I trusted his judgment. Since he passed away I have been trying to do as much research as possible.

I have been finding that alot of people recommend alot of different things. I am trying to get this right. So I don't **** myself up. That's why I am here.
Was it stupid to put that much faith in my buddy. Yeah. He was just that kind of guy if you knew the bro you would trust him too..
But thanks for noticing that I do need more education on this stuff & trust me I am studying ..

intramuscular goes in the ass 2 weeks after cycle 3 times a week 5000iu monday wednesday then friday thats 5000iu each jab. subcutaneously is injected like insulin injection though out intire cycle 250iu e3d then last 2 weeks of cycle 300 eod make sense?

IM in general. any time a compound yields the same results whether used IM or subq, it's better to use the less invasive method.
