at my gym i did a bmi and BF before i started and i was 21% and i aint been on a bad diet etc admittedly xmass binge lol but today i went in local chemist and thought id have a look and it says im 26% i think the machine is chattin shit, and tmoz i will use my gym one again as thats a big jump in 12days dont you think?

22-23% Good read the Diet Section and post up your proposed diet with macro's for help,Then Incorporate cardio into your works outs 5x a week for 30-45mins and you should lose fat nicely
