I have lost my first 20 lbs. I still need to lose 60 lbs to achieve my goal weight of 185 lbs.
Work-out
I was really out of shape. I started by walking 20 min a day. Now I play basketball 2 times a week and swim 30 min 2 times a week. I will now start adding weight training 3 times a week.
Diet
I have read alot in the diet forums. My diet is still far from ok. I started slowly. I have substitutes fried junk food (Mc Donalds, Wendy's etc) with subway sandwiches. I will try to work on that too.
This website has been great motivation for me. I hope someday to look as good as some of the members here.
