ED injection tips

I will soon be starting an ED injection routine of Prop & Tren. I made a document up of all the potential injection sites and tips to help reduce the pain. But I would like to hear from some peoples personal experience how they deal with ED injections. What are your fav injection sites and how do you prevent cysts from forming?

delts
bi's
tri's
i am injecting EOD at moment...

but you can also use
calfs
thigs
lat's
etc

Never had cysts appear. Have always heated the loaded syringe under warm water for 1 minute before injecting. Least amount of movement of the needle while injecting and you keep down muscle inflimation.

My main injec sites were going to be, glutes, front and side delts, side and front chest, and thigs were going to be my main injection sites. See how it goes thanks guys

Chest is a tricky site...I'd much prefer using biceps instead of the chest, but that's just me.

It all depends on the volume you are running.

Greater than 2ml in each injection and I'd steer clear of biceps/triceps.

I like glutes,,biceps,,delts,,,rotate frequent and use as fine pin as possible.

I usually go Delt/Glute/Quad/Chest, that gives me 8 days before I have to hit the same spot. Chest is actually my fav spot to inject, my chest has decent size, and its less painful than other sites like bi's for me.

I have never done the chest but mine is quite thick and i can prob take the pain there better then in my bi's so gunna go with how you do it Gears

delts , glutes , tries , quads . warm gear before shooting and go slow . also a heating pad after injection worked great for me
