I am looking for a good diet that will help me shed some body fat. I started a cycle this week but I was told that I should stop and shed my BF% down to at least 15%.
Current diet -
Diet - Monday thur Sunday
Breakfast - 1 cup of Oatmeal and a banana or Egg whites and turkey breast wrapped in a wheat tortia
Mid Morning (10:00am) Protein Shake and amino Acids
Lunch - Chicken and steamed veggies or club sandwich and a multi grain chip with all natural salsa. I then take my multi Vitamin.
Mid Day (2:00pm) Protein Shake and sometimes another chicken breast
Dinner - Either chicken or Steak with brown rice and steam veggies - either water or protein shake with dinner
Desert - Protein shake with fruit or trail mix
