i am currently using 60g of whey in my protein shake. and just eating rice cakes or oats for my carbs. i would like to get something so i could put in my shake. just curious on what other people are using in their shakes. thanks

put your oats in it.
grind em up, throw them in.
yeah just toss em in the blender together.
i use 1 or two bananas PWO + shake.
Yeah Oats in the shake is the go. Get a coffee grinder and it is the same consistency as the whey
oats in the morning and carbslam in the post workout
how much oats are you guys puting in there.
depends on your need what workout are you talking about and wats your diet require?
