    Starting Diet Tomorrow Please Critique

hello everyone. Ive been lifting serious now for a couple years and have never really done a strict cardio schedule. I usually do cardio 3 times a week, but now im looking to take a couple months to really lean out.
    Current stats-
    age: 20
    Wt:210
    Ht: 59
    Bench Max: 335
Max Squat: 405 6x...i have a titanium pin in my foot so thats the most i attept
    bf%- around 14%

    8am-
    2 scoops whey shake
    fish oil cap
    830am-
    1 hour cardio
    10am-
    1/2 cup agg white
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1 scoop whey
    1pm-
    1/2 cup oats
    6oz chicken breasts
    medium apple
    fish oil
    2pm-workout
    4pm-
    PWO 2 scoop whey
    medium banana
    7pm-
    1 cup broccoli
    6oz lean steak/chicken/turkey breasts
    fish oil
    9pm- 30 minutes cardio
    1030pm-
    1 scoop casein

i know there arent any macros or anything yet. i havent had time. just wanna get it up and see what you think. Hopefully sometime this week i can get all the macros up. But i am a college student and classes are starting again tomorrow....I also take Vit C, Calcium, Green Tea extract with ECGC
if you have any questions just let me know. this is my first time cutting and im going to stick to this for at least a couple months and see where i end up. I dont go crazy during cardio i just do it at a moderate pace. I wont to minimize muscle loss. But with lifting 5 times a week hopefully it will be minimal.
Any other questions please ask. Thanks!

I reserved my comments until there are some macros up there. Food selection looks good. I was thinking of adding a cup of oats or some other carbs to meal one, but without the numbers, I don't know if that would be good advise.

If possible it would most likely be beneficial to replace your 10am shake with some real protein, but you probably know that and this is what works for your schedule.

Get those numbers up and you'll get some good advise.

Good stuff. Glad you posted the numbers. It looks like you're not eating enough. For a good cut you should still be taking in about 2500 - 2700 calories a day.

Some of those calories that you're not getting should be coming from protein. You should be taking in closer to 300g.

You could either add a meal or just alter one or more to accomodate.

I'm sure you'll get some more opinions here soon.

Either way, best of luck to you!

i noticed that i may need to add another meal also. its hard for me to say where it needs to go. i would rather have it before i lifted because with my body type i gain muscle mass easily but also can gain fat quickly if i dont monitor it closely. so i would like to stay away from carbs after my PWO meal, for the most part. any thoughts would help tremendously. thanks

Maybe a full cup of oats in the morning and add a few egg whites or a larger serving of chicken at your 1pm meal. Another great addition would be a couple red potatoes PWO. You need a little more carbs there I think. That oughta boost your totals into the range they should be at.
