You all belong to Fords in Madison WI huh?

J431S I've switched my training lately, moved away from bodybuilding and joined the Monkey Bar Gym. (Willy St). Jon Hinds training techniques that he implements at his gym as sometimes very unconventional. But I haven't been this strong, agile, and athletic, probably ever!

You think your strong? Try his 100 yard powerwheel challenge. I assure you, you will be very humbled.

what up sconnie!! I heard of Monkey Bar located somewhere behind MG&E but I'm sure they don't have a good Boxing ring like Ford's Gym. Will try the challenge u offer. Take it easy bro.
