Hey guys first time post and cycle. Currently I'm 25, 5 10 198lbs, unsure of body fat going to get that checked before I start this cycle. I trained a lot in college, but due to playing poker I was up to 250lbs this past August. I've gotten my diet squared away (shit load of egg whites, chicken breast, brown rice etc). I lift 6 days a week each muscle group on its own and do 30-45 min of cardio 5 days a week. I try to get in 2 or 3 of those in the AM.
Anyway for my first cycle Im planning on doing 8 weeks of this
250mg of test enth/week
60-80mg var day
I have HCG on hand and Nolva for pct as well.
Any suggestions on how to best use the HCG and anything else I should be on to keep my water retention down?
My goals are obviously to put 5-10lbs of lean muscle on and lose a 1/2 inch or inch off my waist.
I will post updates and pics in the other forum while on the cycle.
