T3/Clen/Zaditen/T4 cycle is almost over now what ?

2 weeks to go and i would be done with my total of 7 weeks cycle of T3/T4/Clenbuterol/Zaditen(ketotifen fumarate) all combined together . How many weeks should i rest now before starting allover again ?? some people told me that i should rest a minimum of 7 weeks ( cuz my cycle duration is 7 weeks ) some others told me that i should rest for 3 months before starting again ? Very confusing .

One more thing , is there any product on the market that would help my thyroids get workin on normal levels faster ? kinda like a PCT when ur juicin some testo but in my case the glands concerned are the thyroids and not the testees .
