    Salad Dressing, Mustard

so ive always been obsessed with honey mustard so this is what i got for salad dressing.

    Light Honey Dijon-2tbls
    Fat-2g
    Carbs 7g
    pro-0

I throw this on my spinach salad i used 2 servings per salad with 8oz of meat and nothing else. is this not good??

I also bought honey dijon mustard -1tbls
    Fat-0
    Carbs-2
    Pro-0

I dont eat a lot of it a day but i cant stand bland foods, is this not good if so ill just stop using it

i think you should be good to go. Although i personally go for olive oil and balsamic or cyder vinegar with a pinch of pepper!

also ...check the sugars on the mustard..... alot of honey mustard dosnt actually contain any mustard e.g honeycup (usa number 1 honey mustard) is made with brown sugar, vinegar, oil and mustard flavor...the main component being sugar! But in small quanitities on a salad you should be fine....
