Then you need to take a good look at your diet, and cardio would help. 18% bf is to high lol imo..

well...because most AAS dramatically increase ur RBC this would mean there is a larger uptake of oxygen to your muscles. This would mean...all of them do. As for cardio... ive heard of AAS that seems to make you alittle more longer winded but i cant remember which right now. Do some reading bro. Might suprise yourself on what you dig up.

You can either go with epo or albuterol. The later worked great for endurance in my sport. Epo is very dangerous and I wouldn't advise the use. I use test/tbol.

Helps with eye/hand and reflexes. As long as you don't use to much wrist with tennis as you do in ping pong, it's a great game to play. Nothing like ramming a forehand thru someone. What was your rating?

bf like stated above will dictate when or if you ever start...

so number one diet must be right...
number two you have to have your work out right and not be new to working out..

so eq, will help increase your red blood count, and that will be great if and only if you are a well trained athlete...

other wise you are just thickening up your blood with red blood cells and nothing else...

deca will also increase you red blood count how ever both drugs will be easly found in a test... as most red blood enhancing products...

so just for reference a good cyclist is about 6 persent bf, runners can be 4 - 10 persent... and at that point they have used up most if not all their natural potential and choose to go a diff direction and gear up to gain a very very small benifit... maybe 3 -5% more ability - but at lance armstrongs level that is a full minute on the time trial bike or more!!!

if you were 5-8 % bf and completely trained, 12 - 18 hours of cardio a week it would raise you levels from about 44 - 47 to 47 - 49 - if you are lucky... pro cyclist run about 46 - 48 naturally and if they did "epo up" couldnt go past 51 - so they try to stay under 50 but above 48. and the best are 5-6% bf at the most (with 11 inch arms & some look like that would be both added togather )
