sounds like poss slight tear on rotator cuff, rest it, if you don't and get a complete tear you'll need surgery and won't be lifting for 6 mths+

well in my case i have changed my excercice routine, for my shoulders i switched from barbell to dumbells i felt much much better, little clicks not as much as the barbell use though, i use the machines more often cause of the controlled movement and support they give me.
u can try this stuff c if that helps.
r u taking anything for ur shoulder as far as supps or meds?

try rotator exercises for warmup, they will do 2 things, 1st warm and loosen up the rotator, and 2 when done appropriately and long enough will actually add tremendous strength to excercises utilizing the rotator cuff.

my advise is only based on your description, if this continues i would see a doc

Sometimes we need to swallow the pride and take some time off, but remember we always come back stronger and hungrier.

    good luck bro
