I just need to know how damn much a quarter cup of rice expands when cooked....regular brown rice. All the macros are in dry and all mine is cooked...i cook mutliple cups at a time

lol uh oh. guesstimate xD.
Why don't you cook 1/4 cup separate and then measure it when it is finished for a future reference
3/4 cup. 3x it's original state.
When I cook in bulk with food items like that, I look at how many servings I cook, then once its done, I weigh it in grams and divide that number by how many servings I cooked...
Ex. 12 servings of rice cooked comes out weighing 1600 grams, so
1600/12=133 grams... this would be a serving
and also cooking it will hardly change the macros since you are just cooking it in water.. any extra weight is almost entirely water too
I know, I'm just picky![]()
