Clen + T3? liquid vs tablets?

Hey,

I've been reading through the forums and have gained some good info about Clen, and have read that taking T3 with it is great for max fat loss.

Will it be a good idea for me to take both if Im wanting to lose around 5% body fat, supplemented obviously with clean diet, and weight/ cardio training? Or will taking clen alone be fine for this amount of fat loss?

Also, what are you opinons on oral clen vs liquid clen? Does the liquid clen from AR-R.com come with a syringe or will I have to purchase separately?

wouldnt use t3 without being on a some gear personally..
the clen comes with a syringe from what i hear but id shop around..
