    Cardio days...

    for some reason i cant do cardio on a complete empty stomache, what if i wake up have 1 scoop of whey, and then get my ass to the gym is this just as good? being my whey is 120 calories everytime i try not 2 eat i feel so sick when i leave the gym for a few hours and i end up starting my first meal like 2-3 hours after i first wake up

    man yesterday I went on a mt hike, didn't eat before I went. I thought i'd be fine becuase I always do empty cardio, but I eat as soon as I get back which ends up being no more then an hour after I wake. Anyways, I didn't know it but somehow took the 'Long trail' and end up on a 8 mile ****ing ruff ass hike. like 4 hours!!! Man no food, plus all that hard work really made me feel like shit.

    If i'd only just had a sports drink or a banana

    don't get hung up on some people's specific cardio routines. I have had success with empty morning cardio, so i'm not going to tell you it doesn't work for some...or to avoid it.

    however, i've done interval training and long duration cardio without being on empty in the morning, with similar results.

    here is the best piece of advice i could give anyone about cardio...
    the specifics don't matter AS LONG AS YOU DO IT!
