Im looking at Cutting my Weight back to Rougly 85Kgs & Fat Index to 10% within the next 3 months. Looking at continuing training 6 Days a week Weight Training & Cardio 45-60mins after that on a heart Rate of 130BPM.
I need help with a Diet to help me achieve this goal. Appreciate any Diet Tips or if anyone can give me a Diet Plan that i can stick to.
