    Help With a Cutting Diet

    Stats..

    Sex Male
    Age 24
    Weight 91,7kg
    Height 1,88m
    BMI 25,9
    Fat Index 15,3%
    Fat Mass 14kg
    Training 2 Years

    Im looking at Cutting my Weight back to Rougly 85Kgs & Fat Index to 10% within the next 3 months. Looking at continuing training 6 Days a week Weight Training & Cardio 45-60mins after that on a heart Rate of 130BPM.

    I need help with a Diet to help me achieve this goal. Appreciate any Diet Tips or if anyone can give me a Diet Plan that i can stick to.

    Read the stickies at the top of the page, then post a proposed diet that you think would be good with meals, times of meals, and macros (protein/carbs/fats/calories) and i'll critique it for you

    1 cup kashi cereal + 1 cup slim milk
    eggs , i eat whole
    tuna + progessive low sodium soup -try it amazing
