Hey guys i want to buy a tool to measure my BF%. It does need to be 100% accurate, but i would like to get something that is decent for one to use at home. I want to keep it at $100 or below....any suggestions ?

get a caliper, usually under 20 bucks and they work great.

That looks good,,, you need to take the information from this product and post it in the steroid question and answer forum.....so tired of reading i have not clue of my bf...I think my bf is 26%,,,,, dont do gear wait in ten minutes........ I lost 10%....now it is 15%...lol...I have a great gym and they check it for free and it normally a hot PT,girl,,,

he's correct, the hand-held-electro one is a few % off, caliper is the most accurate
I've never compared it to anything else.
I just got it as something to follow as I go to give me an idea.
I have heard bad things about every method but the water method that some claim is the only true way.
I have also heard that you need to average all 3
Ya i wish i could find a place to do the water test...but the caliper will do for now
I use one of the handheld electronic gizmos. Supposedly they aren't 100% accurate, but mine is pretty consistent with its readings at least, so I can tell if I'm gaining or losing.
