    My Start Point After 10 weeks off..

    my start point, started training today, and will fix diet up etc, plan to jump on the magic later in the year after 6 months of solid work and good diet.

    mainly train contrast and intensifcation hyper no real strength work.

    Hard to really tell by one pic. I'd peg you around 13-14 though from that one. Got a good frame on ya with some shape. Time to slap some beef on it.

    Agree with the above. Definitely doesn't look like a body that hasn't really worked out before.

    yea had2 years training but had a break because of work long hours and the christchurch earth quake, stats are at time of picture, 179cm and 92kg and just turned 21
