Need a good playlist for gym

I need some good heavy stuff for the gym. I dont want any really heavy metal music where all they do is scream, but somethin like disturbed or mudvayne. Just need some new ideas guys, tired of listening to the same old shit.

It Dies Today - The Caitiff Choir - The Depravity Waltz/Freak Gasoline Fight Accident

i use that on my comp sometimes and its very nice. the new ipods and the genius playlist is similar too.

i listen to rap and some songs really get me going for a big lift. but most of the time i don't do the headphone thing and just listen to whatever is in the gym

Word. I am all over th map with what I listen to. I will do rap for a couple of days, then rock a couple days. Just whatever hits the motivational sweetspot that day.

    No metal?

How about KMFDM or some Skinny Puppy?

First few Helmet records are great for lifting too.
