shipping question AND another research chem question.....

I saw that money for my order was taken out on the 22nd..... generally how long does shipping take with arr?

Also..... i wanted to ask if ARR has considered carrying pgcl? I see other research chem companies carry it..... just wondering if there is a legal issue or what......?

Well I live in Canada, and a couple years ago they were great, have my order in a week and a half, but now, who knows. Took me 6 months to get a refund cheque in the mail
