heres the cycle im running for the next 16 weeksL
weeks 1-8
test c 500 mg- inj mon, wed, fri
deca 500 mg- inj mon, wed, fri
weeks 9-16
test p 500mg- inj mon, wed, fri
tren a 250mg- inj mon, wed, fri
winny 25 mg ED
arimidex 1mg EOD
clen starting at 20mcg (will up it when told to be pre contest trainer)
current diet:
4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites (cooked in macadamia nut oil)
50g whey, 1 tbsp natty PB
6 oz chicken, 1/4 cup cashews (opt out cashews and put in baked potato on workout days, this is post workout meal)
50g whey, 1 tbsp nattty PB
6oz salmon or sirloin, spinach salad with vinegar and olive oil
50g whey, i tbsp natty PB
cardio: starting off with 40 minutes daily
