6 or seven years ago,was involved in a motorcycle crash and broke many bones. recently got back in the gym, doing a small cycle.5 to 6 meals a day
traning 4 days on one day off.
my questions are can you overtrain while using steriods
any over the counter suplements besides protein and vitamens you recomend
had tore musles and legamintes from the accident, anything i should be leary off doing?
